Coaching/Healing Agreement

I agree to treat all information shared during sessions as private and confidential.

Be advised that I am not a physician, professional therapist or psychotherapist. I am a coach and healer here to guide you through the self-healing process and/or to teach you strategies to become personally empowered and tap into your answers within.

Sessions: 45-60 minutes scheduled in advance to occur at a set time and day each week. At the scheduled time you will call or log into my conference line/room.

In the event you must cancel your scheduled coaching session, a 24-hour notice is required. Otherwise, that missed session will count as one of your sessions. Sessions do not expire and are non-refundable

Your responsibilities: You understand that coaching is not advice-giving, psychotherapy or counseling. You agree to seek these or other professional services, if needed.

You understand that healing sessions are not a substitute for consultation by a physician. If you have a serious health concern you agree to seek medical assistance.

You authorize the recording of sessions.

You agree that you are fully responsible for decisions and actions you take in regard to your life and affairs. You further agree to be mindful of your own well-being during the course of the coaching/healing process.

You agree that you shall in no way hold the coach liable or responsible for any actions you take during or after this coaching relationship.

You understand that the coach/healer makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, about any results to be achieved.

By purchasing sessions, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review this agreement, you understand all aspects within it, and agree to abide by it.
